You know your health needs to be a priority in your life sooner rather than later
You have a holiday or special event coming up and need to get into shape!

The Group Training Programme is designed for Women and Men that struggle to exercise on their own and are looking for group motivation

We have worked with women and men for over 14 years now helping them "eat better and move more"

Our Programme will give you fantastic support, group workout sessions on a flexible timetable and an optional group nutrition programme that wont take away the foods you enjoy. 

We know even more people need our help right now!

The Programme will show you how to work out safely and effectively under the guideance of fully qualified exercise coaches, eat foods that you want to eat, to lose or maintain weight (you dont have to give up everything you enjoy!) and provide you with a fantastic support group of people that are all focussing on the same thing.

Weekly Group exercise sessions - Coach Led - Suitable for all fitness levels covering Bodyweight Strength Training, All Over Body Circuits and Boxercise
Indoor and Outdoor session training options - Dependant on time of year
Inceased accountability to get your exercise in - train with like minded people to help motivate you.
Nutrition guideance to follow - Optional
A weekly online accountability process to track your progress - Optional
Weekly online nutrition and progress assessment with a fully qualified coach

What are the session times and locations?

Session Times

Mondays - 6.15am, 9.30am and 7pm 

Tuesdays - 7pm

Wednesdays - 6.15am and 9.30am 

Thursdays - 7pm

Fridays - 6.15am and 9.30am

Saturdays - 8.30am


Locations

6.15am Sessions - The Reef Youth Club - Colehill 

9.30am Sessions - Wimborne Football Club  - OUTDOOR SESSIONS UNDER COVER

7pm Sessions - Colehill First School  

Saturday 8.30am - Colehill First School
