Is this suitable for beginners as I haven't exercised for a while?

This is specifically designed for all exercise abilities - from beginner to advanced although most of our members had either never exercised previously or had not exercised in very long time before joining.   

Is this for women and men?

Yes - This programme is specifically designed to help busy women and men over 35 with their fitness!

Do you have a group training option?

Yes. We offer both a Personal training service and Group Training Service which you can choose if you would prefer group work. Or you could do a hybrid personal training and group to accelerate your results which many of our members do. Just let us know this on your intro call. Please note our group training is based in Wimborne.

When does the programme start?

We offer a flexible start date. It will then run for 4 weeks following your start date.  

I am on holiday for 1 week during the programme?

No problem. We'll just extend by 1 week for you then - so you get your full 4 weeks in.  

Can I do this even with some old niggles and injuries?

As we work with predominantly over 35s, the vast majority of our members carry some old injuries including myself. We ask that you let us know about any issues before starting and we can always offer alternative exercises to make an exercise easier or more suitable depending on the issue. We have members with back, knee and ankle issues and we just ask that your do your best with what your body allows. This is why we require everyone to start with an intro first so we can learn more about you.

What happens after the FITin4 Kickstart?

After the FITin4 we offer a monthly membership option but we will give you further information on it once you are into your programme. See how you get on in the 4 weeks first and then we can discuss continuing if its something you are thinking about and you have a longer term goal. There is no pressure or obligation to stay on afterwards as this can be done as a one off programme.
