How long are sessions?
All sessions are 45 mins. This means you can get from home, get your workout done and back home again in under an hour.
Where are you based?
We use a couple of different locations depending on times. These are:
6.15am Sessions - The Reef Youth Club - Colehill
9.30am Sessions - Wimborne Football Club - OUTDOOR SESSIONS UNDER COVER
7pm Sessions - Colehill First School
Saturday 8.30am - Colehill First School
Is this suitable for beginners as I haven't exercised for a while?
This is specifically designed for all exercise abilities - from beginner to advanced although most of our members had either never exercised previously or had not exercised in very long time before joining.
Is this for women and men?
Yes - This programme is specifically designed to help busy women and men over 35 with their fitness!
Can I just do personal training instead of group training?
Yes. Although we run group training sessions, we also have a personal training service with a Private Personal Training Studio in Broadstone which you can choose if you would prefer 1-2-1 work. We can offer a FREE Personal Training session for 60 minutes instead of a 7 Day Trial. Just mention this option when we get in touch.
When does the Free 7 Day trial Start?
We offer a flexible start date. It will then run for 7 Days following your start date. This will be explained in your welcome email once you submit your details.
Can I do this even with some old niggles and injuries?
As we work with predominantly over 40s, the vast majority of our members carry some old injuries including myself. We ask that you let us know about any issues before starting and we can always offer alternative exercises to make an exercise easier or more suitable depending on the issue. We have members with back, knee and ankle issues and we just ask that your do your best with what your body allows. Coaches are always on hand to change anything for you.
What happens after the 7 Day Free Trial?
After the 7 Day Free Trial you can walk away (we wont hassle you after) or we can offer a 1 Month Paid Trial Option at our monthly membership rates. £59 for 2 sessions a week, £69 for 3 sessions a week, £79 for 4 Sessions a week. This will all be emaled to you during your Free 7 Day Trial.
Is the trial really Free?
Yes, you can have access to upto 3 group training sessions across a week for Free. No payment needed. Its a chance to show you what we do and for you to see if you like the sessions, like us as coaches and if its something you would like to be a part of. If not, you simply walk away after 7 days.
