What is Behaviour Change Coaching ?

Behaviour Change Coaching is 1-2-1 Coaching delivered over whatsapp video, zoom, phone call or can even be done face to face from our Private Studio in Broadstone. It is a unique coaching system where we look at your current situation and your goals and put together upto 3 weekly tasks, each week, to focus on. We talk through the tasks helping you understand what you need to do and keep you accountable in the weekly call. Its a programme that involves you rather than simply tells you what to do. The weekly coaching call is all about discussion and support not telling you off or giving you confusing instructions. Its all about support and helping you understand whats happening and offering techniques to push you through your boundaries at your own pace.

How long are Coaching Calls?

We offer 2 Options dependant on goals and budget. 30 Minutes once a week or 60 Minutes once a week.

Where are coaching calls held?

We will discuss the best option with you on the discovery call should you wish to proceed. The Options are whatsapp video call, a zoom call, over the phone or face to face in our Studio in Broadstone.

 

Who is this suitable for?

We coach me and women over 40 Years old that are frustrated at not achieving there weight loss and lifestyle goals.   

What happens on the FREE Discovery Call?

Once you have booked a FREE discovery call i will call you to introduce myself andlearn more about you and why you are interested in the programme. We will talk about your goals and why you feel you have not achieved them in the past. If i feel i can help you, i will then tell you all about the programme and make sure you have all the information and a chance to ask any questions you might have. It is not a pressurised sales call and you will have a choice as to whether you sing up or not. Backing you into a corner is not my style!

How long is the Programme?

If you decide to sign up, we will initially coach you for a trial period of 4 weeks (4 Coaching Calls). If at the end of the trial you wish to carry on, we will work in monthly blocks of coaching. We ask for 1 calendar motnhs notice should you ever wish to cancel your coaching programme. We work on the basis that if you are happy with the service and are achieving your goals, you will stay with it!

How much is the Behaviour Change Coaching?

Our Behaviour Change Coaching offers 2 packages. 30 Minutes a week = £79 a Month, 60 Minutes a week = £159 a month.
